With the Ninjago theory video done, the Chima video on the way, and Nexo Knights theories rattling around in my brain, I've been thinking that it could be fun to wrap it all up together with a theory video pitting the heroes against each other, sort of in a battle analysis style. Take Kai, Cole, Jay, Zane, Lloyd, and Nya from Ninjago, Laval, Eris, Cragger, Rhogan, Worriz, Gorzan, Bladvic, and Razar from Legends of Chima, and Clay, Axl, Macy, Aaron, and Lance from Nexo Knights and analyze their strengths, weaknesses, and how they'd do in battle. It's a fairly large undertaking but there's a few reasons why I think it would make for an awesome video: - It takes three of Lego's biggest story oriented, minifigure based themes
- It will capture the attention of fans from all three themes and get our channel some good publicity
- People like conflict videos
- The results may be surprising
But if we want to do this, it has to be done right. That means lots and lots of research. My idea would be to release the Chima theory soon, then follow it up with some sort of Nexo Knights theory video. Then we will have some a place to springboard and perhaps get audience participation - which theme do they like best and why? That would allow us to get the pulse of the community and figure out our research methods. Let's keep this topic open for research on a 3-theme fight. Thoughts?

This depends on which Ninja were talking about, the TV ninja, the Shadow of Ronin ninja, or the movie ninja

I agree, let's make a Nexo Knights theory first. I have some timeline thoughts for that theme especially considering its references of Black Falcon and Dark Forest (Clay and Rob-N-Hoodlum respectively). And what that may say about the future of castle themes. then again we need to establish the history too.... "People like conflict videos" You sold me on the video idea! XD just kidding but it's sadly true. If you make a video hating on something, ranting about something or having something collide with something you care about, it's gonna bring the sweet views and even sweeter YouTube ad pennies (just kidding we are not an ad-driven channel, but it's true it has a very small return. I did ads in and out of my channel in 2015 or so and got about $100 at the end of the year from ads). But honestly, it's a great idea! Be its own segment or a special kind of theory. I'm not saying the idea is not original, but it does remind me of a few videos from The Game Theorists, especially this one: www.youtube.com/watch?v=5n5zZDsUffsIt's a good way of analyzing the characters and seeing their strengths and weaknesses not just in battle but in their personal lives. Imagine if a character entering the ring had emotional baggage that kept them from putting up a fight; they'd be distracted and lose to an opponent with self esteem and training in check. The springboard vote in the comments would be great for a followup video. Like in another video we would mention the results from the poll and determine who the fans like best or agree on most. Another idea in the same vein - Johnny thunder vs Indiana Jones vs Jack Reines. Three skilled explorers on the hunt for treasure. Who would fare best? Or maybe someone other than Jack since he doesn't have too much to go on. Umm, the Atlantis divers? Rock Raiders vs Power Miners?
