Hi I'm new here! I love your YT channel and I just wanted to present my theory.
In 2003, in World City, there was criminal called Jack. He was caught and put in a prison. His prison number was 50380 (make a note of that).
He probably escaped from the prison and fled from World City, because
later, in 2005, he was spotted and caught again. He was once again put in the prison, but now in LEGO City. He had the same prison number (50380) and looked exactly the same. That means LEGO World City and LEGO City could possibly be two neighbor cities.
In 2013 LEGO and Warner Bros. published two new LEGO games: LEGO City Undercover and a prequel to that game LEGO City Undercover: The Chase Begins. They of course are set in the same place: LEGO City. But now, we're mostly going to focus on LCU: The Chase Begins. At the end of that game you get to fight and arrest the final boss and the worst criminal in the whole town: Rex Fury. Unfortunately, the good guy of the game – Chase McCain - after being beaten up very badly gives a secret away – he reveals the name of the person who agreed to testify against Rex. And because of that, at the very end of the game the Police Department transfers Chase (here's a quote from the game) „to other side of the world”.
We haven't been told where exactly Chase was transfered to but we can assume that.
Now, on to LEGO City Undercover (sequel to LEGO City Undercover: The Chase Begins). This awesome game was remastered in 2017. And we're going to take a look at it. At some point during the „loading screen” we get information that there's another city somewhere in the world, where LEGO City Undercover and LEGO City Undercover: The Chase Begins are set. That city is called Brick County. It is a neighbor city/island to LEGO City. Now, it means Brick County could be World City since they both neighbor LEGO City!
Now, what has it all got to do with LEGO Island?
Well, in a LEGO City set from 2014, 60047: Police Station, there was an
interesting sticker. [photo of 60047 Police Station sticker sheet] One of the pictures reads: „Bricks was here” That sticker was supposed to be placed in a jail cell of the police station. We can assume that one of the prisoners wrote it on the wall. Now, who's a crook and loves stealing bricks? Well, Brickster! Of course!
If you watched this video (if not, do it):

you'll know that Brickster used to change his nicknames, so the police couldn't trace and catch him. Is „Bricks” one of those nicknames? I'd say yes. But how would Brickster get to LEGO City from LEGO Island? Here's my theory:
LEGO Island's population kept growing. People didn't have enough space to live there! When it got worse, the people of LEGO Island decided to build another island. When Brickster escaped from jail (once again) he found out about that new island, he thought he could steal some bricks from there, too! So he fled from LEGO Island and headed for LEGO City. But his plans failed, because he's been caught and put in prison in set 60047. He left that writing on the wall and made an escape once again.
I also thought that LEGO World City is actually LEGO Island but I have no hard evidence to prove that. It's just pure speculation.
Sorry I didn't show any pictures to support my theory I just don't know, how to do this.
